摘  要:目的本研究探讨黄芩水煎液对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)的肺炎克雷伯菌抑菌效果以及质粒消除情况。方法测定黄芩水煎液对产ESBL肺炎克雷伯菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),用亚抑菌浓度黄芩水煎液对产ESBL肺炎克雷伯菌进行质粒消除试验,采用平板影印法,筛选质粒消除菌株。结果黄芩水煎液对于产ESBL肺炎克雷伯菌的MIC为16 mg·mL^(-1)。亚抑菌浓度黄芩水煎液培养后的菌株24 h影印培养后质粒消除率为4.2%,48 h后消除率为5.5%。结论中药黄芩能够有效抑制产ESBL肺炎克雷伯菌生长并消除耐药质粒。OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibacterial effect of Scutellaria baicalensis Decoction on extended spectrum β-lactamase(ESBL)producing Klebsiella pneumoniae and plasmid elimination.METHODS The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Scutellaria baicalensis Decoction on ESBL producing Klebsiella pneumoniae was determined.The plasmid elimination test was carried out with sub inhibitory concentration of Scutellaria baicalensis Decoction on ESBL producing Klebsiella pneumoniae.The plasmid elimination strains were screened by plate Photocopying method.RESULTS The MIC of Scutellaria baicalensis Decoction for ESBL producing Klebsiella pneumoniae was 16 mg·mL^(-1).The elimination rate of plasmid was 4.2% after 24 hours photocopier culture and 5.5% after 48 hours photocopier culture.CONCLUSION Scutellaria baicalensis could effectively inhibit the growth of ESBL producing Klebsiella pneumoniae and eliminate drug-resistant plasmids.
