摘 要:目的比较辐照灭菌前后大黄酸含量变化。方法采用HPLC法,甲醇∶磷酸溶液(0.1%)(80∶20)作为流动相;以27℃作为柱温;在258 nm波长下。结果灭菌后大黄酸含量有明显降低,以粉末形式和饮片形式进行灭菌结果无差异。结论从大黄酸的角度考虑辐射灭菌法不适宜用于大黄的灭菌。OBJECTIVE Compare the changes of rhein content before and after irradiation sterilization.METHODS HPLC method was used,methanol∶0.1% phosphoric acid solution(80∶20)was used as mobile phase.The column temperature was 27℃.The detection wavelength was 258 nm.RESULTS There were significant changes in rhein content before and after sterilization.There was no difference in the results of sterilization in powder form and decoction form.CONCLUSION From the point of view of rhein,radiation sterilization is not suitable for rhubarb sterilization.
