摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定消糖灵片和消糖灵胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(11∶89)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷的线性范围为1.91~76.64μg·mL^(-1),消糖灵片中芍药苷的平均回收率(n=9)为91.4%,RSD为1.3%。消糖灵胶囊中芍药苷的平均回收率(n=9)为95.4%,RSD为1.7%。结论建立的HPLC法专属性强,灵敏度高,操作简便。OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC method for the content determination of Paeoniflorin in XiaoTangLing tablets and capsules.METHODS HPLC method was established with Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column,acetonitrile(A)and 0.1%acetic acid(B)as the mobile phase at 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelength was 230 nm.RESULTS The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 1.91-76.64μg·mL^(-1),the average recovery of XiaoTangLing tablets were 91.4%,RSD was 1.3%(n=9),the average recovery of XiaoTangLing capsules were 95.4%,RSD was 1.7%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method of HPLC was highly specific,highly sensitivity and the operation is simple.
