参茸卫生丸定性定量方法的研究

摘　　要：目的研究参茸卫生丸的质量控制标准。方法建立当归、川芎、陈皮、山茱萸的薄层色谱鉴别。建立高效液相色谱法同时测定参茸卫生丸中马钱苷、芍药苷、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量。色谱柱为Ultimate XB C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:1 mL·min^(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长:240 nm。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰。马钱苷、芍药苷、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素进样量分别在0.04192~0.4192μg(r=0.9995);0.0485~0.4850μg(r=0.9992);0.02568~0.2568μg(r=1.000);0.02012~0.2012μg(r=1.000)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.18%、98.86%、99.62%、100.1%。结论该方法简单、准确,更好地对参茸卫生丸进行质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for ShenRong WeiSheng Pills.METHODS TLC identification methods were established for Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum walllichii,Citri reticulatae pericarpium,Fructus corni.HPLC was adopted to determine the content of loganin,paeoniflorin,psoralen and angelicin.The analysis was performed on a Ultimate XB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B)in a gradient elution manner,flow rate was 1 mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 240 nm.RESULTS The TLC spots were quite clear.The linear ranges of loganin,paeoniflorin,psoralen and angelicin were 0.04192-0.4192μg(r=0.9995),0.0485-0.4850μg(r=0.9992),0.02568-0.2568 g(r=1.000)and 0.02012-0.2012μg(r=1.000),respectively.The average recoveries(n=6)were 99.18%,98.86%,99.62% and 100.1%.CONCLUSION The established method is simple and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of ShenRong WeiSheng Pills better.
