摘  要:目的建立一种HPLC利奈唑胺血药浓度检测方法。方法以氯霉素为内标,用甲醇沉淀血浆蛋白,取上清液进行HPLC测定。结果利奈唑胺在(1.25~40)mg·L^(-1)范围内线性良好;低、中、高浓度的平均相对回收率和绝对回收率分别为104.9%和103.59%;日内、日间精密度RSD分别小于5.64%与6.08%。结论本方法快速简便、灵敏准确,可用于临床利奈唑胺血药浓度监测。OBJECTIVE To establish a high-performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method for determination of plasma concentration of linezolid.METHODS With chloramphenicol as the internal standard,plasma protein was precipitated with methanol,and the supernatant was determined by HPLC.RESULTS Linezolid(LZD)showed a good linear relation from 1.25 mg·L^(-1) to 40.0 mg·L^(-1).The average relative recovery and absolute recovery rates of low,medium and high concentrations were 104.9% and 103.59%,respectively.The intraday and interday precision RSD were less than 5.64% and 5.62% respectively.CONCLUSION The method was a fast,simple,sensitive and accurate method for the clinical monitoring of linezolid plasma concentration.
