摘　　要：目的探讨外科病区护士与药师共同参与全程监控病区安全用药的合作模式。方法外科病区护士与药师建立长期合作模式,发挥专业优势互补,建立病区安全用药全程监控模式,主要包括术前用药管理、输液过程监控、预防并处理药物性静脉炎、口服给药管理、药品储存管理、药品不良反应监控、出院带药管理等七个环节。结果护士是住院患者用药的执行者,与药师合作从用药全过程多环节入手,不断总结外科病区用药问题,并逐一解决,能对外科病区用药安全起全程监控作用。结论护士与药师合作,利用专业优势互补有利于全程监控用药安全,提高合理用药水平,让患者受益。OBJECTIVE To explore the cooperation mode of nurses and pharmacists participating in the whole process of monitoring safe drug use in surgery department.METHODS The long-term cooperation mode was established between nurses and pharmacists in the surgical ward,and the whole monitoring mode of safe drug use in the ward was established by taking advantage of complementary professional advantages,which mainly included preoperative medication management,infusion process monitoring,prevention and treatment of drug-induced phlebitis,oral administration management,drug storage management,adverse drug reaction monitoring,discharge medication management.RESULTS Nurses are the executor of drug use for inpatients.In cooperation with pharmacists,they constantly summarize the drug use problems in the surgical ward from the whole process and multiple links of drug use,and solve them one by one,which can play a whole-process monitoring role in drug use safety in the surgical ward.CONCLUSION The cooperation between nurses and pharmacists with complementary professional advantages is conducive to whole-process monitoring of medication safety,improving the level of rational drug use and benefiting patients.
