我院2020年国家基本药物使用情况及处方点评分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析盐城市二院国家基本药物配备使用和处方点评情况,落实国家基本药物制度的实施,提高临床合理用药水平及处方合格率。方法通过我院HIS系统,参照《国家基本药物目录》(2018年)等,对我院2020年门急诊1500张处方进行筛查并分析。结果1500张处方中,合理用药占93.80%、不合理用药占6.20%;处方平均用药2.15种,主要不合理用药类型为无确切理由不首选国家基本药物等。我院国家基本药物品种总配备率达66.72%,使用率为36.82%。结论我院处方总体合格率为中等水平;国家基本药物品种占比符合相关规定,但对国家基本药物优先选择积极性有待加强。OBJECTIVE Through the analysis of the national essential medicines provision and use and prescription reviews of the Second Hospital of Yancheng City,the implementation of the national essential medicine system will be implemented,and the level of clinical rational use of medicines and the qualification rate of prescriptions will be improved.METHODS Through the HIS system of our hospital,with reference to the National Essential Drug List(2018),etc.,1500 prescriptions for outpatient and emergency departments in our hospital in 2020 were screened and analyzed.RESULTS Among 1500 prescriptions,rational use of drugs accounted for 93.80% and irrational use of drugs accounted for 6.20%;the average prescriptions used were 2.15 types of drugs,and the main types of irrational use of drugs were national essential drugs that were not preferred for no definite reason.The total allocation rate of national essential medicines in our hospital reached 66.72%,and the utilization rate was 36.82%.CONCLUSION The overall eligibility rate of prescriptions in our hospital is at a moderate level;the proportion of national essential medicines complies with relevant regulations,but the enthusiasm for preferential selection of national essential medicines needs to be strengthened.
