复方甘草片滥用监测现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解福建省复方甘草片滥用人群的社会人口学和滥用行为特征,为政府部门对复方甘草片等医疗用药品滥用防治工作提供数据支撑和工作思路。方法采用国家药品不良反应监测中心编制的药物滥用监测调查表,收集到福建省2017年~2020年复方甘草片《药物滥用监测调查表》共计3份,通过逐份分析研究。结果复方甘草含片获得途径与医疗机构和药品经营部门相关,报告表来源单一,均来源于公安强戒所,医疗机构监测哨点未收集到报告表。结论加强医疗机构监测哨点建设,设立医疗用药品滥用数据收集部门、录入部门、质量控制部门,从医疗临床和药事工作中加强医疗用药品滥用监测。OBJECTIVE To understand the sociodemographic and abuse behavior characteristics of the people who abuse compound licorice tablets in Fujian Province,and provide data support and work ideas for government departments to prevent and control the abuse of medical drugs such as compound licorice tablets.METHODS Adopt the drug abuse monitoring questionnaire compiled by the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center,a total of 3 copies of the“Drug Abuse Surveillance Questionnaire”of Compound Licorice Tablets in Fujian Province from 2017 to 2020 were collected,study by case-by-case analysis.RESULTS The way to obtain compound licorice lozenges is related to medical institutions and pharmaceutical business departments,the source of the report form was single,all from the police station,and the monitoring sentinel of the medical institution did not collect the report form.CONCLUSION Strengthen the construction of monitoring sentinels in medical institutions,set up medical drug abuse data collection department,input department,and quality control department,and strengthen medical drug abuse monitoring from medical clinical and pharmaceutical work.
