基于主成分分析的CBA球队攻防能力的研究

摘　　要：以2020~2021赛季CBA常规赛19支球队为研究对象,了解和收集各球队的场均数据,采用主成分分析和聚类分析,对球队的攻防能力进行量化研究。研究表明:球队的综合能力主要体现在得分能力、防守能力、远投能力和罚篮能力四个方面,球队综合得分与常规赛战绩排名相关系数R=0.76,两者相关关系非常显著(P<0.01);依据各球队四个维度主成分得分进行聚类分析,可将球队分为四类,第Ⅰ类群球队整体得分能力强,第Ⅱ类群球队得分能力较弱,其他影响球队战绩能力均处于联赛平均水平,该类球队整体攻防能力较弱,第Ⅲ类群球队得分能力处于平均水平,远投能力较弱,球队整体攻防实力一般,第Ⅳ类群球队整体攻防能力强。Taking 19 CBA regular season teams in 2020~2021 as the research object, this paper collects the average field data of each team, and makes a quantitative study on the team’s attack and defense ability by using principal component analysis. The research shows that the team’s comprehensive ability is mainly reflected in four aspects: scoring ability, defense ability, long-range shooting ability and free throw ability. The correlation coefficient between the team’s attack and defense ability and the regular season performance ranking is R= 0.76, and the correlation between them is very significant(P<0.01). According to the cluster analysis of the four dimensional principal component scores of each team, the teams can be divided into four categories. The overall scoring ability of group Ⅰ team is strong. The scoring ability of group Ⅱ team is weak, and other abilities that affect performance are at the average level of the league. The overall attack and defense ability of this kind of team is weak. The scoring ability of group Ⅲ team is at the average level, and the long-range shooting ability is weak. The team’s overall offensive and defensive strength is general. The team of group Ⅳ has strong overall offensive and defensive ability.
