级参数变化对汽轮机级内损失影响的分析

摘　　要：在多级汽轮机级内能量转换过程中,会产生级内损失,并且在汽轮机级变工况时,级内损失会发生变化,从而导致级的内效率发生变化。以某300 MW汽轮机中压缸某级为例,分析了级参数与级内损失及相对内效率的关系,计算了改变级内结构参数和热力参数时各个级内损失和级相对内效率的大小,得到了级内损失随级的结构参数和热力参数变化的规律,计算结果可为汽轮机组变工况运行时进行热经济性分析提供依据。In the process of multi-stages turbine energy conversion,there will be stage losses,and in the variable working condition of the turbine stage,the stage losses and stage efficiency will be modified.This paper takes a stage of a 300 MW steam turbine intermediate pressure cylinder as an example and calculates the relative internal efficiency and stage losses.The relationships between the stage losses and the structure parameters and thermodynamic parameters were calculated,and the regulations within the loss with the stage of structural parameters and thermodynamic parameters were found.The calculation results can provide a basis for thermal and economic analysis of the turbine unit under variable operating conditions.
