摘 要:通过对气力输送系统在国内外的发展过程的研究,对当前正压浓相式气力输送技术进行分类,对各类气力输送技术原理进行详细地分析与对比,阐述了各类技术存在的优缺点;同时,研究了我国在气力物料输送方面采用的主流技术,在实际应用过程中存在的问题以及改善措施。在此基础上,研发了先导式物料输送技术,该技术具有灰气比高、输送流速低、可节约压缩空气的损耗、输送距离远和物料适应性广等特点,在国内气力物料输送领域可以广泛应用。This paper introduces the development process of a pneumatic conveying system at home and abroad, classifies the current positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying technology, analyzes and compares the principles of various pneumatic conveying technologies in detail, and expounds their existing technical characteristics. At the same time, it presents the mainstream technology used in pneumatic material transportation in China, what shortcomings exist in the actual application process of production, and the adverse effects of the current measures. Then it puts forward the pilot material transportation mode of pneumatic transportation technology independently developed in China. Various technical parameters have reached the international leading level and can be applied in the field of domestic pneumatic material transportation.
