摘　　要：在马病的临床治疗中,保泰松(PBZ)是最为常用的非甾体抗炎药物(NSAID),且对多种疾病有着良好的治疗效果。例如在对软组织损伤及骨骼、肌肉等方面的疾病治疗上,尤其是对轻度跛行治疗效果最佳。但保泰松也具有一定的毒性,主要是对胃肠道的影响以及肾脏毒性。论文将保泰松在国内外马病治疗上应用的文献进行整理和总结,对保泰松的理化性质、药理作用、临床应用以及与其他药物的相互作用等方面进行综述,对马匹产生的不良反应进行了分析和讨论,以期为进一步开展保泰松在马病治疗上的应用研究提供参考。Phenylbutazone(PBZ)is the most commonly used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID)in the clinical management of equine disease and has been shown to be effective in the treatment of many diseases.For example,it is most effective in the treatment of soft tissue injuries,bone and muscle disorders,and especially in the treatment of mild claudication.However,phenylbutazone also has some toxicity,mainly on the gastrointestinal tract and nephrotoxicity.The literature reporting on the use of phenylbutazone in the treatment of equine diseases is collated and summarized.The physicochemical properties,pharmacological effects,clinical applications and interactions with other drugs of phenylbutazone are reviewed,and the adverse effects produced in horses are analyzed and discussed in order to provide a reference for further research on the application of phenylbutazone in the treatment of equine diseases.
