摘 要:由于抗生素在养殖生产中的滥用,导致药物残留、抗性基因和耐药病菌产生等问题日益严重,养殖业急需新型安全的替抗产品。抗菌肽作为广泛存在于生物体内的多肽类分子,能够增强动物机体抵抗多种病原菌的侵袭能力,不易产生耐药性,并且抗菌肽种类丰富,是一种潜力巨大的抗菌多肽,可以很好地替代抗生素。蚯蚓长期生活在环境复杂的土壤中,抵抗土壤中病原微生物侵袭,体内的抗菌肽发挥着巨大的作用。为深入研究蚯蚓抗菌肽的分泌机理,论文通过对蚯蚓所分泌抗菌肽的分类、作用机制和应用进行综述,为蚯蚓附加值产品的开发和产业化提供参考。The animal husbandry urgently needs new and safe alternative antibiotics products because of the abuse of antibiotics in animal husbandry.The problems of drug residue,resistance gene transmission and drug-resistant bacteria are becoming more and more serious.Antimicrobial peptides,as polypeptide molecules widely existing in organisms,can resist the invasion of a variety of pathogens and are difficult to produce drug resistance.This is a kind of antibacterial products with great potential and can replace antibiotics.Earthworms live in the soil with complex environment for a long time,resist the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms,and the antibacterial peptides in the body play a huge role.Therefore,in order to further study the secretion mechanism of earthworm antimicrobial peptides,this paper summarized the classification,action mechanism and application of antimicrobial peptides secreted by earthworms,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development and industrialization of earthworm value-added products.
