摘　　要：副鸡禽杆菌(Apg)是可引起鸡传染性鼻炎(IC)的一种革兰氏阴性短杆菌。病鸡主要表现为颜面部肿胀、流涕等。该病导致育成鸡生长不良、淘汰率升高,产蛋鸡产蛋量下降,给养禽业造成了巨大经济损失。近年来,在我国多个地区暴发传染性鼻炎,甚至在已经免疫二价或三价灭活疫苗的鸡群中仍有发病。论文从病原特征、主要毒力因子以及疫苗研发等方面对副鸡禽杆菌新近取得的研究进展进行归纳总结,为进一步研究副鸡禽杆菌的致病机制以及新型防控方法提供参考。Avibacterium paragallinarum(Apg)is a kind of Gram negative brevibacterium which could cause the infection of chickens can cause infectious coryza(IC)in chickens.IC mainly causes swollen faces,runny nose,slowed growth,increased mortality,and decreased egg production of laying hens.This disease has caused significant economic losses to the poultry industry.In recent years,IC even broke out in chickens immunized with bivalent or trivalent inactivated vaccines in China.This review summarized the research progress of Apg from the pathogenic characteristics,main virulence factors and the development of vaccines,in order to provide references for further research on pathogenic mechanism and new prevention methods of Apg.
