西归对高脂血症大鼠血脂及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的研究西归对高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法将60只SD大鼠按体重、性别随机分成6组,每组10只,分别为正常组、模型组、血脂康组及西归高、中、低剂量组。正常组给予普通饲料喂养,其余各组均以高脂饲料喂养15 d,建立高脂血症大鼠模型。从第16天开始,正常组、模型组灌胃等容量的生理盐水,血脂康组及西归高、中、低剂量组分别以500 mg/(kg·d)、7.28 g/(kg·d)、3.64 g/(kg·d)、1.82 g/(kg·d)的剂量灌胃15d,于末次给药后24 h终止实验,分别测定大鼠血清中TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的含量及全血粘度、红细胞压积。结果与模型组比较,西归高剂量组能明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清中TG含量,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05),西归各剂量组均能明显降低全血黏度及红细胞压积,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论西归具有一定的调节血脂和改善血液流变学的作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of XiGui on blood lipid and hemorheologic parameters in hyperlipidemic rats.METHODS 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 rats in each group:normalcontrol group,model group,XueZhiKang group and high,medium and low doses of XiGui group.Excepting that the normal control group was given normal diet,the rats in the other groups were given high fat diet for 15 days.From the 16 th day,the normal control group and model group were given normal saline of the equal volume by gavage,the XueZhiKang group and high,medium,low doses of XiGui groups were treatment by gavage with 500 mg/(kg·d)and 7.28 g/(kg·d),3.64 g/(kg·d),1.82 g/(kg·d)for 15 days respectively.24 hours after the last administration,the contents of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)in serum and whole blood viscosity,hematocrit(HCT)were detected.RESULTS Compared with the model group,the high doses of XiGui group could significantly decrease the contents of TG in serum(P<0.05),and each dose group of XiGui group could significantly decrease whole blood viscosity and HCT(P<0.05 or P<0.01).CONCLUSION XiGui can regulate blood lipid and improve hemorheology.
