摘 要:目的摸索虚拟仿真技术在教学中的使用方法,评价教学效果,为虚拟仿真技术在其他课程的应用及进一步推广提供参考。方法开展“虚拟结合,线上虚拟沉浸式学习,线下混合式教学”的实验教学模式,从调查问卷、实验成绩及期末卷面成绩进行教学效果的评价。结果调查问卷结果表明,对于虚拟仿真教学这种新颖的学习方式,98.28%的同学表现出浓厚的兴趣,愿意主动探索虚拟环境,努力解决问题。91.38%的同学认为通过学习增强了对理论课上抽象知识的理解和拓展,98.28%的同学认为提高了实际操作技能,有助于今后的学习和工作。对于软件可以丰富实验教学手段、生动实验教学内容,同学们都表示赞同。84.48%的同学表示提高了学习自觉性,91.38%的同学认为提高了学习兴趣。100%的同学能坚持完成各阶段的学习任务。无论是实验考核还是理论考试,2017级和2018级学生均较2016级有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论虚拟仿真教学能激发学生的学习兴趣,有助于提高教学效果,弥补工厂实践环节的不足,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE To explore the application of virtual simulation technology in the teaching of biopharmaceutical process experiment, evaluate the teaching effect, provide reference for the application and further promotion of virtual simulation technology in other courses, and provide new methods for improving teaching quality.METHODS Using virtual simulation technology combined with online and offline mixed teaching methods, the teaching effect is evaluated from questionnaires, experimental results and final paper results.RESULTS The results of the questionnaire showed that 98.28% of the students showed strong interest in virtual simulation, a novel learning method, and were willing to take the initiative to explore the virtual environment and solve problems.91.38% of the students thought that the understanding and expansion of abstract knowledge in theoretical courses have been enhanced through learning, while 98.28% of the students thought that the practical operation skills have been improved, which is conducive to future study and work.For the software can enrich the means of experimental teaching, vivid experimental teaching content, students all agreed.84.48% of the students said that they had improved their study consciousness, while 91.38% thought that they had improved their study interest.100% of the students were able to complete the learning tasks at all stages.In both the experimental examination and the theoretical examination, the students of grade 2015 and 2016 had significantly improved compared with those of grade 2014(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Virtual simulation teaching can stimulate students′ interest in learning and improve the teaching effect, which is worth popularizing and applying.
