摘 要:目的运用微课开展药理学教学改革,提升课程教学质量。方法药理学课程教学内容中总论、传出神经系统药物药理的部分采用基于微课的线上线下混合式教学模式,紧接的神经系统药物药理部分采用传统授课模式,在各模式授课结束后,进行阶段考试。以学生阶段考试成绩和学生满意度为指标,比较这两种授课模式对教学效果的影响。结果采用基于微课教学的阶段考试成绩显著高于传统教学的成绩(P<0.05),同时学生对基于微课的教学满意度高。结论基于微课的教学模式,有益于提升学生的多元能力培养,提高课程教学质量。OBJECTIVE To reform pharmacology teaching by application of micro-lecture,in order to improve the teaching quality of this course.METHODS The knowledge of general pharmacology and peripheral neuropharmacology was taught by micro-lecture-based online and offline blended teaching mode,and the following knowledge of central neuropharmacology was taught by traditional teaching mode.Stage examinations were held when each teaching mode was finished.The effect of these two teaching modes on teaching and learning result was compared by the score of stage examination and the degree of satisfaction.RESULTS The stage examination score got from the micro-lecture-based online and offline blended teaching mode is significantly higher than that got from the traditional teaching mode(P<0.05),and the degree of satisfaction is high in micro-lecture-based teaching mode.CONCLUSION Micro-lecture-based teaching mode is helpful for the development of student′s multiple activities,and the teaching quality of the course.
