摘　　要：目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称“新冠肺炎”)重症患者用药情况,促进临床合理用药以及药品的储备供应提供参考。方法通过医院HIS系统和精配安全用药智能辅助决策系统收集数据,利用EXCEL表进行数据统计分析。结果7例重症患者总共使用药品13类285种,药物使用占比52.95%。用药金额居前5位的药品分别是静注人免疫球蛋白(PH4)、人血白蛋白、注射用胸腺法新(日达仙)、注射用重组人干扰素α-2b(长生扶康)、注射用美罗培南;用药频度(DDDs)居前5位的药品分别是注射用重组人干扰素α-2b(长生扶康)、吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液、盐酸氨溴索注射液(沐舒坦)、酒石酸美托洛尔片(倍他乐克)、注射用胸腺法新(日达仙)。结论某院对新冠肺炎重症患者的治疗药品使用符合诊疗规范,同时又根据重症患者临床病情特点进行了有效调整,药品储备充分且基本满足临床需求。OBJECTIVE To explore the use of medicine in inpatient of severe patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(hereinafter referred to as COVID-19),promote rational clinical medication and to provide reference for drug reserve supply in the future.METHODS The hospital HIS system and intelligent assistant decision system were used to collect the data,and the EXCEL was used to analyze the data.RESULTS The 7 patients with severe disease used a total of 13 classes and 285 kinds of drugs,accounting for 52.95%.The top 5 drugs in terms of amount of drug use were intravenous injection of human immunoglobulin(PH4)for intravenous injection,human albumin,Thymalfasin for injection(RiDaXian),recombinant human interferon α-2 b for injection(ChangShen FuKang),and Meropenem for injection.The top five DDDs were recombinant human interferonα-2 b for injection(ChangShenFuKang),acetylcysteine solution for inhalation,ambroxol hydrochloride injection(Mucosolvan),metoprolol tartrate tablets(Bet alog),and Thymalfasin for injection(RiDaXian).CONCLUSION The use of drugs in this hospital for patients with severe COVID-19 were in line with the diagnosis and treatment standards.Meanwhile,effective adjustments have been made according to the clinical characteristics of patients with severe COVID-19.The drug supply were sufficient and basically meets the needs of clinic.
