品管圈在缩短人机合作模式门诊药房高峰期病人候药时间中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过开展品管圈活动缩短人机合作模式门诊药房高峰期病人候药时间。方法将品管圈模式引入人机合作模式门诊药房的质量管理工作中,严格按照品管圈活动的十大步骤进行计划、分析、实施确认与处置。结果通过开展品管圈活动有效缩短了人机合作模式门诊药房高峰期病人候药时间,由活动前病人的等候时间17.00 min缩短至7.86 min,目标达成率为129.6%,进步率达53.8%,前后数据对比差异显著。结论品管圈活动可以有效缩短人机合作模式门诊药房高峰期病人候药时间。同时通过开展品管圈活动显著增强了药师团队凝聚力,提高了药师的综合素质及能力并进一步提升药学服务质量。OBJECTIVE To shorten the waiting time of patients during peak period of Man-machine cooperation model in outpatient pharmacies by carrying out quality control circle activities.METHODS The quality control circle model was introduced into the quality management work of Man-machine cooperation model in outpatient pharmacies,and the plan,analysis,implementation confirmation and treatment were strictly followed the ten major steps of the quality control circle activities.RESULTS Through the development of quality control circle activities,the waiting time of patients in peak Man-machine cooperation model in outpatient pharmacies was effectively shortened.The waiting time of patients before the activity was shortened from 17.00 minutes to 7.86 minutes.The target achievement rate was 129.6% and the improvement rate reached 53.8%(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The quality control circle activities can effectively shorten the waiting time of patients in the peak period of Man-machine cooperation model outpatient pharmacies.At the same time,by carrying out quality control circle activities,the cohesion of pharmacists are significantly enhanced,the comprehensive quality and ability of pharmacists are improved,and the quality of pharmaceutical care is further improved.
