摘  要:由于轮轨滚动接触的复杂性,在有限的建模精度下用数值仿真很难指导实际运营,且现场试验成本太高。为解决这一问题,利用全尺寸高速轮轨关系试验台,采用CR400AF型高速列车真实车轮和一系悬挂,在车轮踏面滚动圆处预制不同长度、宽度和深度的擦伤,进行不同车轮擦伤下0~400 km·h^(-1)速度范围内的轮轨冲击试验,分析车轮擦伤长度、运行速度对轮轨垂向力和轴箱振动加速度的影响规律。结果表明:轮轨垂向力最大值随车轮擦伤长度的增加而增加,在0~35 km·h^(-1)速度范围内随速度的增加逐渐增加,并在约35 km·h^(-1)速度时达到最大,然后随速度的增加逐渐减小;在车轮擦伤冲击下,轴箱振动加速度最大值的变化规律与轮轨垂向力最大值基本一致;从车轮擦伤安全限界分布发现,危险区为舌状分布,车轮擦伤后速度要尽可能避开25~70 km·h^(-1)速度区间,擦伤长度大于60 mm时不建议上线运行。Due to the complexity of wheel/rail rolling contact,it is difficult to guide the actual operation with numerical simulation under the limited modeling accuracy,and the cost of field test is too high.To solve this problem,using the full-scale high-speed wheel/rail relationship test rig,the real wheel and primary suspension of CR400AF high speed train are used to prefabricate the flats with different length,width and depth at the rolling circle of wheel tread.The wheel/rail impact tests are carried out under different wheel flats in the speed range of 0-400 km·h^(-1),and the influence laws of the wheel flat length and running speed on wheel/rail vertical force and axle box vibration acceleration are analyzed.The results show that the maximum value of wheel/rail vertical force increases with the increase of wheel flat length,and it gradually increases with the increase of speed in the range of 0-35 km·h^(-1).The wheel/rail vertical force reaches the maximum at about 35 km·h^(-1),and then gradually decreases with the increase of speed.Under the wheel flat impact,the variation law of the maximum value of axle box vibration acceleration is basically consistent with the maximum value of wheel/rail vertical force.From the distribution of wheel flat safety limit,it is found that the dangerous area shows tongueshaped distribution.The speed with wheel flat shall avoid the speed range of 25-70 km·h^(-1)as much as possible.When the flat length is greater than 60 mm,it is not recommended to run on the line.
