摘  要:为探究围护结构对大型单层钢结构工业厂房动力特性的影响规律,本文选取了一典型现役厂房进行动力特性现场实测,并提出考虑围护结构的有限元建模策略,分析了围护结构设计参数对钢结构厂房动力特性的影响规律。进而提出了刚度与质量修正系数的概念,建立其相关性模型,最后给出了结构基本周期的实用预测公式。结果表明:本文提出的有限元建模策略可准确模拟大型单层钢结构工业厂房动力特性;若结构设计中不考虑围护结构的作用,计算周期值与实测值相差20%以上;围护结构的板厚与覆盖宽度比对结构动力特性影响显著,而每米波数与钢板坡度等参数的影响可忽略。本文方法可为大型单层钢结构厂房自振周期预测提供参考。A finite element(FE)modeling strategy that included cladding panels was developed.The influence of the cladding panel design parameters on the dynamic characteristics of steel structure industrial workshops was investigated.Furthermore,linear correlation models between the correction coefficients of rigidity and mass were established.Prediction formulas of the fundamental periods of the structures were also proposed.The proposed FE modeling strategy accurately simulated the dynamic characteristics of large single-story steel industrial buildings.Differences between calculated and measured periods greater than 20%with cladding panels were not considered.These results also showed that the thickness and cover width ratio of the cladding panels significantly influenced the dynamic characteristics,while the effects of the wave number per meter and plate slope were negligible.These developed methods provide a reference for vibration period prediction for large-scale single-story steel industrial buildings.
