摘  要:针对舰船推进轴系力学建模时,主观假设的水润滑艉轴承等效支点位置对轴承材料和结构的考虑不足的问题,本文开展考虑轴倾斜及轴承因素的水润滑艉轴承等效支点位置预测及轴系迭代校中方法研究。建立了基于有限元法的艉轴承接触力学模型,以轴线倾角、轴承长径比和内衬弹性模量为控制变量,计算了125种组合方案下轴承的接触压力分布,揭示了三因素对等效支点位置的影响规律并构造了等效支点位置拟合计算式,创新提出了融合等效支点位置计算的推进轴系迭代校中算法。研究结果表明:等效支点位置计算式具有较高的预测精度,7个新算例的拟合公式解与有限元解的最大相对误差小于4%;相比普通三弯矩法,后艉轴承支反力的迭代校中计算结果与有限元结果的相对误差减小了60.22%。The subjective assumption of the equivalent supporting point position of the water-lubricated stern bearing in the mechanical modeling of ship propulsion shafting does not take the bearing material and structure into account.To solve this problem,the equivalent supporting point position prediction of the water-lubricated stern bearing and shafting iterative alignment method considering shaft inclination and bearing factors are examined in this paper.The contact mechanics model of the stern bearing based on the finite element method is established,and the contact pressure distribution is calculated with the axis inclination angle,with the length diameter ratio and lining elastic modulus as control variables.It reveals the influence law of the three factors and constructs the fitting calculation formula on the equivalent supporting point position.An iterative alignment algorithm for the propulsion shafting integrating the calculation of the equivalent supporting point position is innovatively put forward.The results show that the equivalent supporting point formula has high prediction accuracy,and the maximum relative error between the fitting formula solution and finite element solution of seven new examples is less than 4%.Compared with the common three-moment method,the relative error between the iterative alignment calculation result of the rear stern bearing support reaction force and the finite element result is reduced by 60.22%.
