摘　　要：针对环形线性感应电磁泵电磁场数值模拟中因计算端部效应而采用较长端部的问题,本文提出了一种采用端部磁场分布函数来确定最佳仿真端部长度的方法。基于建立的环形线性感应电磁泵有限元仿真模型,计算得到了其电磁场和力场分布,分析了不同端部长度对电磁泵电磁性能的影响。结果表明在端部长度大于80 mm后,改变端部长度,环形线性感应电磁泵的性能基本不变。对环形线性感应电磁泵的纵向端部区域磁场进行了数值拟合,建立其端部磁场分布函数,通过反向求解,确定了最佳端部长度为80 mm的数值模型,并最终通过实验验证了该数值模型的准确性。To solve the problem that the long end is used to calculate the end effect in the numerical simulation of the electromagnetic field of the annular linear induction electromagnetic pump(ALIP),this study presents a method to determine the best simulation of end length by the distribution function of the end magnetic field.Based on the finite element simulation model of the ALIP,the electromagnetic and force field distributions are calculated,and the influence of different end lengths on the electromagnetic performance of the electromagnetic pump is analyzed.Results showed that when the end length is more than 80 mm,the performance of ALIP remains unchanged even after changing the end length.Then,the magnetic field in the longitudinal end region of the ALIP is numerically fitted,and its end magnetic field distribution function is established.The numerical model with the optimal end length of 80 mm is determined by reverse solving.Finally,the accuracy of the numerical model is verified by experiments.
