妇科腹腔镜术后疼痛患者应用加速康复干预联合穴位贴敷的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究妇科腹腔镜术后疼痛患者应用加速康复干预联合穴位贴敷的效果。方法70例妇科腹腔镜术后疼痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各35例。对照组患者采取常规围术期干预,研究组患者采取加速康复干预和穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组干预前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、术后恢复情况、干预满意度。结果干预1、3 d,研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后肛门排气时间(22.21±2.32)h、下床时间(11.28±2.11)h、住院时间(6.21±1.21)d均短于对照组的(24.29±2.11)h、(13.29±2.11)h、(7.23±1.19)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科腹腔镜术后疼痛患者开展加速康复干预与穴位贴敷治疗具有较好的镇痛效果,同时还有助于加快患者术后康复,对提高患者满意度也具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation intervention combined with acupoint application in patients with pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 70 patients with pain after laparoscopic surgery were divided into the research group and the control group according to the random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional perioperative intervention,while the research group received accelerated rehabilitation intervention and acupoint application.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after the intervention,postoperative recovery,and intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results 1 and 3 d after intervention,the VAS score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative anal exhaust time(22.21±2.32)h,off-bed time(11.28±2.11)h,and hospitalization time(6.21±1.21)d in the research group were shorter than(24.29±2.11)h,(13.29±2.11)h,and(7.23±1.19)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the research group was 97.14%,which was higher than 82.86%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation and acupoint application intervention have a good analgesic effect in pain relief after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.It also helps speed up the recovery of patients after surgery,and is also of positive significance for improving patient satisfaction.
