摘  要:目的分析慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)疾病特点,评价鼻内镜低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术治疗的临床效果。方法80例CRS患者,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采取鼻内镜鼻窦手术+下鼻甲部分切除术,观察组患者采取鼻内镜鼻窦手术+低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术治疗。比较两组患者手术效果以及手术前后鼻腔黏液纤毛清除能力指标[鼻黏液纤毛清除率(MTR)、黏液纤毛清除速率(MCT)、糖精清除时间(SCT)]、嗅觉功能评分。结果观察组患者的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前,两组患者MTR、MCT、SCT、嗅觉功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后6个月,两组患者MTR、MCT、SCT、嗅觉功能评分均较本组手术前改善,且观察组患者改善程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术治疗CRS效果理想,能够促进患者鼻腔黏液纤毛清除能力、嗅觉功能改善。Objective To analyze the characteristics of chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)and evaluate the clinical effects of nasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma inferior turbinate radiofrequency ablation.Methods 80 patients with CRS were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery+partial resection of inferior turbinate,and the patients in the observation group were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery+lowtemperature plasma inferior turbinate radiofrequency ablation.The surgical effects and indicators of nasal mucociliary clearance capacity[nasal mucociliary transport rate(MTR),mucociliary clearance transport(MCT),saccharin clear time(SCT)]and olfactory function score before and after the surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The overall efficacy of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the surgery,the differences in MTR,MCT,SCT and olfactory function scores between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).6 months after the surgery,MTR,MCT,SCT and olfactory function scores in the two groups were improved compared with those before the surgery.Patients in the observation group were improved more than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic lowtemperature plasma inferior turbinate radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis shows an ideal therapeutic effects in the treatment of CRS,which can improve nasal mucociliary clearance capacity and olfactory function.
