双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗儿童腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗儿童腹泻的可行性和预后效果。方法112例儿童腹泻患儿,采用随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、症状体征恢复时间、住院时间及血清炎症水平。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率96.42%高于对照组的82.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的腹痛缓解时间(1.50±0.50)d、大便完全恢复时间(2.50±0.50)d、纠正脱水时间(1.50±0.50)d、住院时间(4.50±0.50)d均短于对照组的(2.50±0.80)、(4.20±0.80)、(3.50±1.20)、(6.20±0.80)d,C反应蛋白(CRP)(3.20±0.80)mg/L、白细胞介素(IL)-4(20.20±5.60)pg/ml、IL-6(9.20±1.20)pg/ml均低于对照组的(6.20±1.20)mg/L、(25.05±6.80)pg/ml、(13.55±1.50)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童腹泻的效果显著,可以加速患儿症状体征改善、减轻炎症水平。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and prognostic effect of bifidobacteria quadruple viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder on children’s diarrhea.Methods A total of 112 cases of children with diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablet on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,symptoms and signs recovery time,hospitalization time and serum inflammation level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate 96.42% in the observation group was higher than 82.14% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abdominal pain relief time(1.50±0.50)d,the stool recovery time(2.50±0.50)d,the dehydration correction time(1.50±0.50)d and the hospitalization time(4.50±0.50)d in the observation group were all shorter than(2.50±0.80),(4.20±0.80),(3.50±1.20),and(6.20±0.80)d in the control group,and the C-reactive protein(CRP)(3.20±0.80)mg/L,interleukin(IL)-4(20.20±5.60)pg/ml,IL-6(9.20±1.20)pg/ml were all lower than(6.20±1.20)mg/L,(25.05±6.80)pg/ml and(13.55±1.50)pg/ml in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with bifidobacteria quadruple viable bacteria tablets has significant effect on children with diarrhea,which can speed up the improvement of children’s symptoms and signs and reduce inflammation level.
