复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法120例寻常型银屑病患者,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采取阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组采取复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后皮损面积和症状严重程度评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率15.00%与对照组的10.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组皮损面积和症状严重程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6周后,观察组皮损面积和症状严重程度评分分别为(5.80±1.20)、(3.50±1.20)分,均低于对照组的(7.60±1.30)、(5.05±1.20)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单一用药比较,复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病具有更安全、更有效的价值,促进患者病情转归。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with acitretin capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acitretin capsules,and the observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin and acitretin capsules.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,skin lesion area and symptom severity scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00%of the observation group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.00%,which was not statistically significant compared with 10.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in skin lesion area and symptom severity score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 and 6 weeks of treatment,the skin lesion area and symptom severity scores in the observation group were(5.80±1.20)and(3.50±1.20)points,which were lower than(7.60±1.30)and(5.05±1.20)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single medication,compound glycyrrhizin combined with acitretin capsulesis safe and effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and can promote the outcome of patients.
