伊可新治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的维生素AD滴剂(商品名:伊可新)治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病临床效果。方法180例小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿,以随机方法分为观察组与对照组,每组90例。对照组通过鱼肝油滴剂进行治疗,观察组通过伊可新进行治疗,比较两组患儿治疗后的血清生化指标[血清钙(Ca)、血清磷(P)、骨源性碱性磷酸酶(NBAP)、25-羟基维生素D3(25-OH-D3)]、骨密度(BMD)、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患儿Ca(2.25±0.21)mmol/L、P(1.18±0.12)mmol/L、NBAP(154.36±15.62)mmol/L、25-OH-D_(3)(65.75±4.33)nmol/L、BMD(0.59±0.11)g/cm^(2)均优于对照组的(2.01±0.21)mmol/L、(1.01±0.11)mmol/L、(168.33±16.42)mmol/L、(46.32±3.24)nmol/L、(0.44±0.12)g/cm^(2),差异就有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后观察组的不良反应发生率3.33%与对照组的4.44%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过伊可新对小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病进行治疗能够有效改善患儿血清生化指标和骨密度,安全性较高,值得推荐。Objective To study the clinical effect of children’s vitamin D deficiency rickets treated by vitamin AD drops(trade name:Yi Kexin).Methods A total of A total of 180 children with vitamin D deficiency rickets were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cod liver oil drops,and the observation group were treated with Yi Kexin.Both groups were compared in terms of serum biochemical indices[serum calcium(Ca),serum phosphorus(P),neonatal bonederived alkaline phosphatase(NBAP),25-hydroxyvitamin D3(25-OH-D_(3))],bone mineral density(BMD)before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment.Results After treatment,the Ca(2.25±0.21)mmol/L,P(1.18±0.12)mmol/L,NBAP(154.36±15.62)mmol/L,25-OH-D;(65.75±4.33)nmol/L,and BMD(0.59±0.11)g/cm^(2) in observation group were better than(2.01±0.21)mmol/L,(1.01±0.11)mmol/L,(168.33±16.42)mmol/L,(46.32±3.24)nmol/L,and(0.44±0.12)g/cm^(2) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was not statistically significant compared with 4.44%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with vitamin D deficiency rickets through Yi Kexin can effectively improve the serum biochemical indexes and bone density of children with high safety,and is worth recommending.
