浮针治疗原发性痛经急性发作的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析浮针治疗原发性痛经急性发作的临床疗效。方法60例原发性痛经急性发作患者,随机分为药物组和浮针组,每组30例。药物组采取布洛芬治疗,浮针组在布洛芬治疗的基础上加入浮针治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛缓解时间以及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、COX痛经症状量表(CMSS)评分。结果浮针组治疗总有效率90.0%高于药物组的66.7%,疼痛缓解时间(10.5±5.6)min短于药物组的(60.5±12.3)min,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后,浮针组患者VAS评分(1.3±0.4)分、CMSS评分(12.5±1.1)分均低于药物组的(2.6±0.8)、(18.6±2.5)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针治疗原发性痛经急性发作能够显著提高临床疗效,快速缓解患者的痛经症状,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of floating needle in treating acute attack of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute attack of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into drug group and floating needle group,with 30 cases in each group.The drug group was treated with ibuprofen,and the floating needle group was treated with floating needle on the basis of ibuprofen treatment.The clinical efficacy,pain relief time,visual analogue scale(VAS)and COX menstrual symptom scale(CMSS)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 90.0%of the floating needle group was higher than 66.7%of the drug group,and the pain relief time(10.5±5.6)min was shorter than(60.5±12.3)min of the drug group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS(1.3±0.4)points and CMSS(12.5±1.1)points of the floating needle group were lower than(2.6±0.8)and(18.6±2.5)points of the drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of floating needle in the treatment of acute attack of primary dysmenorrhea by ibuprofen can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and quickly relieve patients’dysmenorrhea symptoms,which is worthy of promotion and application.
