清热凉血膏用于妊娠期便秘的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨清热凉血膏用于妊娠期便秘的疗效。方法110例妊娠期便秘孕妇,随机分为缓泻剂组和凉血膏组,每组55例。缓泻剂组孕妇采用饮食干预和缓泻剂治疗,凉血膏组孕妇在缓泻剂组基础上加用清热凉血膏治疗。比较两组疗效、症状改善时间。结果凉血膏组孕妇的治疗总有效率为98.18%(54/55),显著优于缓泻剂组的81.82%(45/55),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。凉血膏组孕妇的大便性状改善时间、排便次数复常时间、排便疼痛改善时间、排便出血改善时间分别为(3.22±1.23)、(6.93±1.02)、(4.23±1.13)、(5.13±1.59)d,均显著短于缓泻剂组的(5.89±1.39)、(9.26±1.12)、(7.25±1.36)、(8.56±1.24)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热凉血膏治疗妊娠期便秘的效果可靠,可快速改善孕妇便秘症状,并有助于改善痔疮症状,临床疗效较好。Objective To discuss the efficacy of Qingre Liangxue ointment on constipation during pregnancy.Methods A total of 110 women with constipation during pregnancy were randomly divided into laxative group and Liangxue ointment group,with 55 cases in each group.Women in the laxative group were treated with dietary intervention and laxative,while women in the Liangxue ointment group were treated with Qingre Liangxue ointment on the basis of the laxative group.The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in Liangxue ointment group was 98.18%(54/55),which was significantly higher than 81.82%(45/55)in laxative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of stool property,defecation frequency recovery time,improvement time of defecation pain,and improvement time of defecation bleeding in Liangxue ointment group were(3.22±1.23),(6.93±1.02),(4.23±1.13),and(5.13±1.59)d,which were significantly shorter than(5.89±1.39),(9.26±1.12),(7.25±1.36),and(8.56±1.24)d in the laxative group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Liangxue ointment has reliable therapeutic effect on constipation during pregnancy.It can quickly improve constipation symptoms of patients,and help to improve hemorrhoids symptoms,and has good clinical efficacy.
