乳房电按摩配合手法按摩在产后乳房肿胀中的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究产后乳房肿胀产妇采用乳房电按摩配合手法按摩的治疗效果。方法113例产后乳房肿胀的产妇,根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组(59例)和对照组(54例)。对照组产妇采用基础方法治疗,观察组产妇在对照组基础上进行乳房电按摩配合手法按摩。比较两组产妇泌乳量、乳房肿胀程度。结果观察组产妇治疗第1、2、3天的泌乳量分别为(45.87±5.21)、(131.65±9.35)、(139.22±9.23)ml,均多于对照组的(32.66±4.74)、(75.89±8.46)、(92.06±8.85)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组产妇的乳房肿胀程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后乳房肿胀采用乳房电按摩配合手法按摩的治疗效果显著,可明显增加泌乳量,减轻乳房肿胀程度,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of breast electro-massage combined with manual massage for postpartum breast swelling.Methods A total of 113 women with postpartum breast swelling were divided into observation group(59 cases)and control group(54 cases)according to different treatment methods.Women in the control group were treated with the basic method,and women in the observation group were treated with electro-massage combined with manual massage on the basis of the control group.The amount of lactation and the degree of breast swelling were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of lactation in the observation group on the 1st,2nd and 3rd days of treatment were(45.87±5.21),(131.65±9.35)and(139.22±9.23)ml,which were higher than(32.66±4.74),(75.89±8.46),and(92.06±8.85)ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of breast swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro-massage combined with manual massage has significant effect on postpartum breast swelling,which can increase the amount of lactation and reduce the degree of breast swelling,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
