子午流注针刺法联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对老年高血压病人血压变异性、晨峰及内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析子午流注针刺法联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对老年高血压病人血压变异性、血压晨峰及内皮功能的影响。方法 选取我院2015年12月—2018年12月收治的老年高血压病人200例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组100例。两组均给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组加用子午流注针刺法治疗,连续治疗30 d。比较两组临床疗效、血压变异性、血压晨峰及内皮功能。结果 观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组24 h收缩压变异性、24 h舒张压变异性、白天收缩压变异性和白天舒张压变异性均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组夜间收缩压变异性及夜间舒张压变异性均无明显改善,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后血压晨峰值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后内皮素-1水平低于对照组,血清一氧化氮水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子午流注针刺法联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗可进一步改善老年高血压病人血管内皮功能、血压变异性和晨峰,有助于提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture combined with amlodipine besylate on blood pressure variability,morning peak,and endothelial function in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods Two hundred cases of elderly patients with hypertension were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,all patients were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the patients in observation group were treated with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture.After 30 days of continuous treatment,the curative effect,blood pressure variability,morning peak,and endothelial function of two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour systolic blood pressure variability,24-hour diastolic blood pressure variability,daytime systolic blood pressure variability,and daytime diastolic blood pressure variability in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant improvement in night systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure variability in two groups,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the morning peak value of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of endothelin-1 in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the serum nitric oxide level in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture combined with amlodipine besylate can improve vascular endothelial function,blood pressure variability,and morning peak in elderly patients with hypertension,which is helpful to improve the curative effect.
