摘　　要：为避免核电机组调试作业期间发生人员高温烫伤、高温中暑和重要设备损坏等安全事件,本文提出利用红外热像仪监测调试作业场所系统和设备温度、绘制高温区域红外热像图、诊断温度异常设备、监测设备运行状况和快速验证保温层性能的方法,以便简单直观、安全精确和高效省时地观察被测物体热图像和整体温度分布状况,并采用工程控制、管理控制和个体防护等安全风险控制措施,指导作业人员正确避让高温设备、设置安全警戒隔离、落实安全技术交底、减少在高温环境中的暴露时间和穿戴高温防烫防护用品等。结果表明:红外热像仪可以精确识别和管控高温烫伤、高温中暑和重要设备损坏等安全风险,为调试作业期间的人员和设备安全提供保障。In order to avoid the happening of safety incidents such as personal high-temperature scalding and heat stroke and important equipment damage during the commissioning operation of the nuclear power unit,in this paper,a method was put forward,in which the temperature of the system and the equipment is monitored,the infrared thermography of the high-temperature area is plotted,the equipment with an abnormal temperature is diagnosed,the equipment operation status is monitored,and the insulating layer performance is verified quickly by using the infrared thermal imager.It is a simple,intuitive,safe,accurate,efficient and time-saving method to observe the thermal image of the measured object and the overall temperature distribution.Safety risk control measures such as the engineering control,the management control and the individual protection were taken to guide operators to avoid appropriately high-temperature equipment,set safety caution limited line,implement safety disclosure,reduce exposure time in the high-temperature surroundings,and wear high-temperature anti-scalding protective equipment.The results show that the infrared thermal imager can accurately identify and control safety risks such as high-temperature scalding,heat stroke,and damage to important equipment,and provide guarantees for the safety of the personnel and the equipment during the commissioning operation.
