摘  要:钻机钻具的发展和通信、传感技术的进步,使得远距离原位测定瓦斯参数成为可能,但目前工程实践尚处在初期阶段。本文采用文献研究、对比分析等方法,从需求分析入手,研究了瓦斯压力测定探管的PCB设计、结构设计、工业设计的核心内容,以及信号传输方式给出了孔口监视器的软硬件改造总体方案。结果表明:该系统具有运行成本低、安全系数高、钻孔利用率高、测压时间短等优点系统框架设计合理,可以实现原位瓦斯压力测定目标。The development of drilling rig and the improvement of communication and sensing technology make it possible to measure gas parameters in situ from a distance, but the engineering practice is still in the initial stage. In this paper, by means of literature research, comparative analysis and other methods, starting with demand analysis, the PCB design, structure design and industrial design of gas pressure measurement pipe are studied, as well as the signal transmission mode, and the overall scheme of hardware and software transformation of orifice monitor is given. The results show that the system has the advantages of low operating cost, high safety factor, high utilization rate of borehole, short pressure measurement time and so on.
