摘  要:为解决当前危化品泄漏事故频发与应急管理模式预警处理不到位、救援不及时等问题,本文提出基于ALOHA化工园区的储罐泄漏的应急管理研究。通过对唐山某环保化工公司配套液氨溶液项目调查,利用ALOHA对罐区氨水储罐泄漏的相关事故威胁区(有毒、燃烧、爆炸)进行情景模拟与分析,并将ALOHA与化工厂应急管理模式进行融合,构建基于ALOHA化工园区储罐应急管理平台。以实现利用ALOHA结合现场情况对灵活调动救援队伍,准确及时分配应急物资等需求。In order to solve the current problems of frequent leakage of hazardous chemical accidents and emergency management mode of early warning treatment is not in place,rescue is not timely,this paper proposes the research of emergency management of storage tank leakage in chemical industry park based on ALOHA.Through the investigation of the supporting liquid ammonia solution project of an environmental protection chemical technology company in Tangshan,the scenario simulation and analysis of the accident threat zone(toxic,combustion,explosion) related to ammonia storage tank leakage in the tank area are carried out by using ALOHA,and ALOHA is integrated with the emergency management model of chemical plants to build an emergency management platform for storage tanks in chemical parks based on ALOHA. In order to achieve the use of ALOHA combined with the site situation on the flexible mobilization of rescue teams,accurate and timely distribution of emergency supplies and other needs.
