败酱紫花颗粒预防人工流产术后感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨败酱紫花颗粒在预防人工流产术后感染中的应用效果。方法以江西省婺源县妇幼保健院妇科门诊2019年9月—2021年2月的320例人工流产患者为研究对象,基于用药方案的不同,随机均分为观察组与对照组。观察组给予败酱紫花颗粒以预防术后感染及促进子宫复旧治疗。对照组在败酱紫花颗粒治疗7 d的基础上加用抗生素盐酸左氧氟沙星片,治疗3 d,对比2组术后感染发生率及阴道流血时间。结果观察组阴道流血时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后感染发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论败酱紫花颗粒治疗安全性高,预防人工流产术后感染可行有效,同时,也说明了败酱紫花颗粒作为生化汤的加味药的使用,在一定程度上能够减少术后抗生素的使用频率。Objective To investigate the application effect of Baijiang Zihua granules in the prevention of postoperative infection of induced abortion.Methods A total of 320 patients with induced abortion were enrolled in Wuyuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2019 to February 2021.Based on the different medication regimen,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group received Baijiang Zihua granules to prevent postoperative infection and promote the treatment of uterine involution.The control group was given the levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets on the basis of Baijiang Zihua granules for 7 days.The incidence of postoperative infection and vaginal bleeding time of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the time of vaginal bleeding between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative infection between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Baijiang Zihua granules has high safety in treatment,and the effect of preventing postoperative infection after induced abortion is feasible and effective.At the same time,it also indicates that the use of Baijiang Zihua granule as a flavor drug of Shenghua decoction can reduce the frequency of postoperative antibiotic use to a certain extent.
