宣肺平喘汤治疗小儿热性哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的对宣肺平喘汤治疗小儿热性哮喘的临床疗效进行观察。方法选取枣庄市峄城区中医院2019年5月—2020年10月收治的118例热性哮喘患儿为研究对象,随机分为2组。对照组基础治疗,观察组加用中药宣肺平喘汤治疗,评价其临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率89.83%(53/59)显著高于对照组72.88%(43/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状缓解情况较对照组也更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药宣肺平喘汤治疗小儿热性哮喘疗效较显著,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuanfei Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of infantile febrile asthma.Methods 118 cases of infantile febrile asthma from Yicheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xuanfei Pingchuan decoction.The clinical effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of observation group(89.83%,53/59)was significantly higher than that of control group(72.88%,43/59),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom relief in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine Xuanfei Pingchuan decoction has significant effect in treating infantile febrile asthma,and is safe and reliable.
