摘　　要：《伤寒论》中针灸学术思想对整体全面理解经典原意及针灸临床实践有非常重要的意义。从针刺特定穴位、温针及灸法的运用、灸后判断疾病顺逆以及通过脉诊判断针灸的施治与否等方面,探索《伤寒论》针灸思想及其当代价值,对《伤寒论》中针灸相关条文进行梳理,归纳总结仲景精准辨证,针灸药各有所长、各得其所宜的学术思想。The academic thoughts of acupuncture and moxibustion in Treatise on Febrile Diseases are of great significance for the overall understanding of the original meaning of the classics and the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.From the aspects of acupuncture at specific acupoints,the application of warm needling and moxibustion,judging whether the disease is prosperous after moxibustion,and judging whether acupuncture is treated by pulse diagnosis,etc..Combined with the relevant provisions of acupuncture and moxibustion,Zhongjing’s precise syndrome differentiation,acupuncture and moxibustion drugs have their own strengths,and each has its own academic thoughts,which was summarized and summarized.
