半夏泻心汤改善中晚期大肠癌患者生活质量的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨半夏泻心汤改善中晚期大肠癌患者生活质量的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月—2020年12月152例中晚期大肠癌患者,按照随机数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组,各76例,对照组采用三阶梯癌痛治疗方案,观察组采用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,观察2组生活质量、镇痛见效时间及持续时间、疼痛VAS评分、不良反应。结果观察组治疗后心理功能、生理功能、社会功能、物质功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组镇痛起效时间缩短,镇痛持续时间延长,治疗后VAS评分降低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减对中晚期大肠癌患者镇痛见效速度快,不良反应少,可提高生活质量,应用价值高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on improving the quality of life of patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 152 patients with advanced colorectal cancer from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=76)and control group(n=76).The control group was treated with three-step cancer pain treatment scheme,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction.The quality of life,analgesic effect time and duration,pain(VAS score)and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of psychological function,psychological function,social function and material function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the onset time of analgesia in the observation group was shortened,the duration of analgesia was prolonged,and the VAS score of the observation group was decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(9.21%),the observation group(1.32%)was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction can improve the quality of life and has high application value.
