通淋排石汤治疗肾结石术后残留结石临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通淋排石汤治疗肾结石术后残留结石的疗效。方法选取枣庄市薛城区人民医院2018年12月—2019年12月进行肾结石术后残留结石治疗的患者50例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,对比观察2组患者治疗有效率,治疗后出现的不良反应及中医证候积分。结果2组患者在经过治疗之后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者总不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后中医证候积分(8.64±3.12)明显低于对照组患者(13.04±4.05)(P<0.05)。结论通淋排石汤治疗肾结石术后残留结石效果显著,值得临床推广和使用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Tonglin Paishi decoction in treating residual stones after renal calculus surgery.Methods 50 patients in People’s Hospital of Xuecheng District from December 2018 to December 2019 for treatment of residual stones after renal calculus surgery were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The treatment efficiency,adverse reactions and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of two groups were compared and observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of observation group(8.64±3.12)was significantly lower than that of control group(13.04±4.05)(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonglin Paishi decoction has a remarkable effect on the treatment of residual stones after kidney stone operation,which is worthy of clinical popularization and use.
