八髎穴埋线治疗良性前列腺增生临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究良性前列腺增生患者以八髎穴埋线为治疗手段的临床疗效。方法在临床选取80例良性前列腺增生患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,其中治疗组患者运用八髎穴埋线术治疗,对照组采用口服普乐安片(4片/次,3次/d)治疗。3个疗程后观察2组患者的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为97.50%(39/40)和80.00%(32/40),治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八髎穴埋线治疗良性前列腺增生具有明显的临床效果,可以推广使用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Baliao acupoint embedding in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods In clinic,80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 40 patients in each group,among which the treatment group were treated with Baliao acupoint embedding,and the control group was treated with oral Pleoan(4 tablets/times,3 times/day).The therapeutic effect of both groups was observed after 3 courses.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 97.50%(39/40)and 80.00%(32/40),respectively.The treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Baliao acupoint embedding in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has obvious clinical effect and can be popularized.
