摘　　要：当代旴江名医谢强教授,发掘和整理旴江医学喉科流派诊治艺人声病的经验,临症主张“详辨声病,瘖分十六种”,以便精确的分类辨识和分证辨治声病。谢师治疗声亢,审证求因,认为声亢多与肝失疏泄,气机逆乱有关,推崇运用针刺治疗声亢,其配穴严谨,针术讲究,灵活运用多种刺法,效如桴鼓,颇具特色,为中医临床治疗声亢提供新思路。Professor Xie Qiang,contemporary Xu Jiang’s doctor,explores and collects clinical experience of the Xu Jiang’laryngology school about treating artistic voice disease.He recommends distinguishing voice diseases and listing sixteen types of Aphonia in order to identify exactly in syndrome differentiation treatment.By determination of etiologic factors based on differentiation,he holds that hyperfunction is caused by liver dysfunction and circulation of vital energy in the wrong direction.His acupuncture treatment is suitable and effective on hyperfunction by matches acupoint scrupulously,being particular about needling,using flexibly variety acupuncture treatments.His unique thinking and treatment may provide a new method for treating hyperfunction.
