从阳虚寒凝论治肿瘤

摘　　要：通过个人多年临床研究和对经典与文献的分析,笔者提出阳气是人体健康的根本,先天阳气不足和后天阳气的虚衰是肿瘤发生的启动因素。阳气虚损容易产生内寒,或者阳虚而外寒内袭,久居不去,而致气血运行或脏腑功能受阻,凝聚而为积,导致肿瘤的发生。因此,阳虚导致寒凝成积是肿瘤发生的根本病因,温阳散寒法是肿瘤的重要治法。Through years of clinical research and the analysis of classic and literature,it is suggested that yang-qi is the foundation of human health,and the deficiency and decline of the inborn yang-qi and the acquired yang-qi are the initiating factors of tumor.Loss of yang-qi is easy to produce internal cold,or yang-deficiency and external cold attack,long-term residence,resulting in qi and blood circulation or Zangfu function blocked,condensation and accumulation,leading to the occurrence of tumors.Therefore,the essential cause of tumor is the accumulation of cold coagulation caused by yang deficiency,and the method of warming yang and dispersing cold is an important therapy for tumor.
