摘　　要：中医脑病学是以中医理论为指导,重点阐述中医脑病病因病机、证治规律、预后康复和预防保健的一门临床学科。由于脑病高发,全国范围内各中医医院病源充足;中医药在脑病诊疗方面疗效优良、又极具特色;西医神经病学在当下仍未得到充分的发展、对神经系统疾病认识具有局限性。因此,脑病科逐步成长为各中医医院的大科室。文章就中医医院以脑病为中心的纵向发展带动模式进行详细论述,推动中医医院以理论建设为基础,以提高临床疗效、提高重大疾病的防治能力为核心,将中医脑病学科建设成中医特色鲜明、学术水平领先、技术力量雄厚、人才梯队合理、设备完善、科研成果丰厚、服务功能强大的一流中医临床学科。Traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy is a clinical subject guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,focusing on the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy,the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment,prognosis and rehabilitation,prevention and health care.Due to the high incidence of encephalopathy,traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in China have sufficient disease sources.Western medicine neurology has not been fully developed at present,and the understanding of nervous system diseases is limited.Traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of encephalopathy has good curative effect and has unique characteristics.Therefore,the department of encephalopathy has gradually grown into a large department of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.This paper discusses in detail the longitudinal development mode of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals with encephalopathy as the center,and promotes the construction of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals based on theoretical construction,improving clinical efficacy and improving the prevention and treatment ability of major diseases as the core.The discipline of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy will be built into a distinctive Chinese medicine,leading academic level,strong technical force,reasonable talent echelon,perfect equipment and scientific research achievements.It is a first-class clinical discipline of traditional Chinese medicine with abundant fruits and powerful service functions.
