香薰 按摩治疗抑郁症现状研究

摘　　要：抑郁症是一种精神疾病,显著特征为持久的心情低落,临床表现有情绪低落、抑郁悲观、失眠等。随着患病率和致残率的不断提高,抑郁症的治疗备受关注。传统西药治疗存在毒副作用大以及价格昂贵等问题,香薰、按摩治疗不会出现西药治疗的不良作用以及耐药等问题,为临床治疗抑郁症提供了卓有成效的方法。文章主要从香薰、按摩治疗抑郁症的历史发展以及现状展开介绍。Depression is a kind of mental illness,characterized by persistent depression,with the clinical manifestations include of depression,depression pessimism,insomnia and so on.With the increasing prevalence and disability rate,the treatment of depression has attracted much attention.Traditional western medicine treatment has toxic side effects and expensive problems,aromatherapy massage treatment will not appear western medicine treatment side effects and drug resistance and other issues,for the clinical treatment of depression provides a fruitful method.This paper mainly introduces the historical development and current situation of aromatherapy massage treatment of depression.
