摘　　要：为探究绞染和色纺两种工艺下混纺宝拉绒纱线性能的差异,分别采用绞染和色纺的方式制得精纺双股41.67 tex宝拉绒/羊毛(40/60)纱线,并在8号手摇横机上编织1+1满针罗纹织物,测试纱线和织物的吸湿性能、力学性能、表面性能、染色性能、热学性能和透气性能等。试验结果显示,绞染纱线具有吸湿性能好、初始模量小、断裂强力大、毛羽数量少等优点;绞染织物具有色牢度好、抗弯刚度小、悬垂性好、不易起球等较好的服用性能。绞染织物保暖性能不如色纺织物,但透气性能优异。In order to explore the difference in the properties of polarno blended yarns under skein dyeing and stock dyeing,the worsted 41.67 tex polarno/wool(40/60)yarns were prepared by skein dyeing and stock dyeing respectively.The 1+1 full-knit ribbed fabrics were knitted on the No.8 hand-cranked flat knitting machine.The moisture absorption,mechanical properties,surface properties,the dyeing performance,the thermal performance,and the air permeability,etc.of polarno blended yarns and fabrics were tested.The experimental results show that the skein dyeing yarn has the advantages of good moisture absorption,small initial modulus,high breaking strength,and less hairiness.And the skein dyeing fabric has a better wear performance,such as good color fastness,low bending stiffness,good drape,and it is not easy to pilling.The warmth retention performance of the skein dyeing fabric is not as good as stock dyeing fabric,but excellent in air permeability.
