摘 要:目的模拟优化制备克百威分子印迹聚合物(molecularly imprinted polymers,MIPs)微球,并考察微球的微观形貌、选择性和吸附性。方法通过Gaussian03模拟优化印迹聚合过程中模板分子的最佳功能单体及两者的摩尔比,以多步溶胀法和溶剂挥发法制备克百威分子印迹荧光微球,用SEM和FT-IR对微球形貌和组成成分进行表征,并通过吸附动力学、静态吸附、吸附选择性考察微球的吸附性能。结果模拟优化得到克百威分子印迹体系的最佳功能单体为甲基丙烯酸,克百威与其摩尔比为1∶4,制备的克百威分子印迹微球的吸附平衡时间为1.5 h,存在两个特异性吸附位点,最大吸附量为100.37μmol·g^(-1)。结论制备的克百威分子印迹微球对目标分子具有良好的选择性和吸附性,为完善克百威的流式检测方法提供了参考。Objective To simulate and optimize the preparation of microspheres of molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs),and to investigate the morphology,selectivity and adsorption of microspheres.Methods Gaussian03 was used to simulate and optimize the best functional monomers of template molecules and their molar ratios in imprinting polymerization.The multi-step swelling method and solvent volatilization method were used to prepare carbofuran fluorescent imprinted microspheres.Morphology and composition of microspheres were characterized by SEM and FT-IR.The adsorption properties of the microspheres were investigated by adsorption kinetics,static adsorption and adsorption selectivity.Results Simulation and optimization showed that the best functional monomer of carbofuran was MAA with a molar ratio of 1∶4,the adsorption equilibrium time of the prepared carbofuran molecularly imprinted microspheres was 1.5 h,and two specific adsorption sites,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 100.37μmol·g^(-1).Conclusion The prepared carbofuran molecularly imprinted microspheres have good selectivity and adsorption for the target molecules,which provides a reference for improving the carbofuran flow detection method.
