摘  要:电火花线切割是硬质合金的主要加工方法,面对市场对硬质合金轴套产品提出的更高要求,本实验针对现有快走丝电火花线切割单次切割工艺的特点及缺陷,设计中走丝电火花线切割加工工艺。本文采用快走丝单次切割工艺及中走丝多次切割工艺,研究了不同切割方式及中走丝不同加工次数对产品尺寸、表面粗糙度、显微裂纹及加工效率的影响,实验结果表明:采用中走丝电火花线切割二次切割加工工艺,轴套产品线切割加工表面粗糙度值达到Ra 1.6μm,显微裂纹深度小于20μm,加工效率较常规快走丝线切割加工工艺提升30%,可满足硬质合金轴套的加工要求。Wire electrical discharge machining(WEDM)is the main machining method for cemented carbide.As the market has higher requirements for shaft sleeve products of cemented carbide,the medium-speed WEDM(MS-WEDM)technology was designed in experiments in view of the characteristics and defects of the single cutting process in existing high-speed WEDM(HS-WEDM).In this paper,the single-cutting process of HS-WEDM and the multi-cutting process of MS-WEDM were adopted to explore the effects of different cutting methods and different machining times of MS-WEDM on product size,surface roughness,micro cracks,and machining efficiency.The experimental results show that upon the second cut of MS-WEDM,the surface roughness of shaft sleeve products is Ra 1.6μm,and the micro crack depth is less than 20μm.The machining efficiency of MS-WEDM is 30%higher than that of conventional HS-WEDM,and thus it can meet the machining requirements of cemented carbide shaft sleeves.
