摘　　要：机关已到保管期限档案(以下统称“档案”)鉴定与销毁工作,决定了档案的“生死存亡”,是一项十分复杂的系统工程,也是一项政策性、专业性、责任性较强的工作。如何做好档案鉴定与销毁工作,促进档案鉴定与销毁工作规范化、制度化,已成为推动机关档案工作全面协调发展迫切需要研究解决的一个重要课题。The identification and disposal of archives(hereinafter referred to as "archives") that have reached the storage deadline of government organs determine the "survival" of archives. It is not only a very complex systematic project, but also work with strong policy orientation, professionalism and responsibility. How to do a good job in the identification and disposal of archives and promote the standardization and institutionalization of the identification and disposal of archives has become an important issue that urgently needs to be studied and solved to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of the archives work of government organs.
