摘　　要：在图书编目业务外包的大背景下,高校图书馆面临自身编目能力被削弱、采编馆员的职业焦虑和价值感缺失、图书物理加工和书目数据质量下降等风险。有效控制这些风险,才能实现图书馆的长远科学发展。文章立足工作实际开展研究,提出控制图书编目业务外包风险的如下策略:图书馆保持独立的图书编目加工能力、采编馆员调整职业观念和工作重点、图书馆加强对编目业务外包的质量控制。Under the background of cataloguing outsourcing, university libraries are faced with the following risks: the weakening of their own cataloguing ability, librarians’ career anxiety and the sense of worthlessness, the quality decline of physical processing of books and cataloguing data. Only by effectively controlling these risks can the long-term scientific development of libraries be realized. Based on the actual work, this paper puts forward three strategies to defuse the risks: keeping the independent cataloguing processing ability of libraries, adjusting professional concepts and working priorities of cataloguing librarians, and strengthening the quality control of the outsourcing of cataloguing business of libraries.
